√ 螺桿處于平衡狀態

螺桿不受任何徑向或軸向氣體的作用，蝸

桿處于平衡狀態。螺桿每轉一周，每

一個螺槽均工作兩次，排氣量較大。

螺桿的螺槽度隨壓力的增高而減少，排氣

結束，星輪齒脫離螺槽時，度為零，無余

隙容積，容積效率較高。

√ 進無振動、低噪音

無振動，低噪音由于蝸桿每轉動，動平衡

運轉，排氣無脈沖現象,因此機器振動幾乎

為零，采用了消音，隔音裝置。
